Born and raised in New York to Haitian immigrant parents, Yves started his career as a child actor. After his roles in National Treasure and Law and Order, Yves realized that his true calling was to be behind the camera. He previously worked on Blackish, The Equalizer, and Queen Sugar, where he received his first TV writing credit. In addition to his work in television, Yves has written, directed, and produced award winning films that have screened at various film festivals around the country.
