Background

<p>I was born and raised in Simcoe, Ontario. &nbsp;I moved to British Columbia at the age of 19 to attend school. &nbsp;However the course I selected was not for me. But I wanted to stay in BC to continue to work towards getting my Pilot License. &nbsp;</p> <p>In June 2011 I was able to start my Private Pilot License however I had to pull myself out of school due to medical reasons. &nbsp; I was diagnosed with an eye disease called Keratoconus. &nbsp; I was required to get two Cornea Transplants or go blind. &nbsp; I was blessed to get on a short term wait list and was able to have both operations in 4 months after being put on the transplant list. &nbsp;This was a very testing time for me but it taught me that I needed to put my faith and trust in God and He provided for me. &nbsp;Now that my vision is corrected my goal is to continue my education and dream of being a commercial pilot.</p>
