<p><strong>Jacquelyn Heloise </strong>got her start as a fashion designer &amp; illustrator in NYC before relocating to Vermont in 2009. &nbsp;While in New York she worked with J.Crew, TSE Cashmere, Alice Roi and other design companies. &nbsp;Since relocating, she has taken on &nbsp;art commissions and freelance design projects. &nbsp;She currently teaches classes in watercolor and fashion drawing at local visual arts centers, within Vermont's vibrant arts community. &nbsp;With watercolor as her favorite medium, she makes it her mission to create landscapes, fashion drawings, and sketches that inspire. &nbsp;She believes "the art would be nothing without inspiration -- the people and things that make us smile."</p> <div> <p>Jackie is eternally grateful to the family, friends and teachers who have helped her get this far.
