I was first introduced to beer at the age of 14 - it was love at first sight. Drinking beer became a quick passion in college, where I formed my first bottle share club in the early '90s. In 2005, I brewed my first beer as part of a birthday present ...I invested in a kit and became a home brewer in 2009. Empirical represents a lifetime passion, and I look forward to sharing that with all of Chicago in the Empirical Tasting Room.
