My family moved from Philadelphia to Orlando when I was 7 years old. I remained there until graduating from the </span><span class="size12 PalatinoLinotype12"><a href="http://www.ucf.edu/" target="_blank">University of Central Florida</a></span><span class="size12 PalatinoLinotype12"> in 1999 with a degree in Marketing. I then moved to West Palm Beach and ended up working for </span><span class="size12 PalatinoLinotype12"><a href="http://www.sunfest.com/" target="_blank">SunFest</a></span><span class="size12 PalatinoLinotype12"> before beginning a 10-year career in the Promotions and Marketing Department of </span><span class="size12 PalatinoLinotype12"><a href="http://www.clearchannel.com/" target="_blank">Clear Channel Radio</a></span><span class="size12 PalatinoLinotype12"> as Promotions Director for the radio stations </span><span class="size12 PalatinoLinotype12"><a href="http://www.wild955.com/" target="_blank">Wild 95.5</a></span><span class="size12 PalatinoLinotype12"> and </span><span class="size12 PalatinoLinotype12"><a href="http://www.gaterrocks.com/" target="_blank">Gater 98.7</a></span><span class="size12 PalatinoLinotype12">. </span></h3> <h3 align="justify"><span class="size12 PalatinoLinotype12">As the industry changed so did my interests. I found myself owning two homes before I was thirty and helping friends and coworkers with </span><span class="size12 PalatinoLinotype12"><a href="http://www.timfrater.com/RealEstate.html" target="_self">Real Estate</a></span><span class="size12 PalatinoLinotype12"> advice. I finally realized I could make a living doing what I loved by becoming a </span><span class="size12 PalatinoLinotype12"><a href="http://www.realtor.org/" target="_blank">Realtor</a></span><span class="size12 PalatinoLinotype12">. I could be my own boss, have more time to surf, travel and increase my </span><span class="size12 PalatinoLinotype12"><a href="http://www.timfrater.com/Charity.html" target="_self">Charity</a></span><span class="size12 PalatinoLinotype12"> efforts. In 2007, I got my Real Estate license, went full time in 2011 and never looked back!</span></h3>
