Justine Turner

In 1991 Justine Turner organized the first Black History Month Celebration at the Beth Emmanuel church in London Ontario and has been continuing this now for 24 years. With major ties to the black community and being born and raised in London; Justine is a major thread to the fabric of the black community in London. Justine's passion and drive to start a celebration that all can enjoy, love and learn since she was just two years old earned her the honor and title of "Little Missionary".
