<h3><strong id="internal-source-marker_0.813534528715536">Who We Are</strong></h3> <p><strong><a title="Ganga Ghar" href="http://www.gangaghar.org/" target="_blank">Ganga Ghar</a>&nbsp;is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of impoverished children and families in Nepal through education.</strong> We started in 2009 by sending five children to school. Today, in 2012, we work with six different schools in Nepal to educate over one hundred children through the generous support of Ganga Ghar&rsquo;s sponsors, donors, and volunteers. We have twenty team members between the US and Nepal who spend their time and talents toward achieving Ganga Ghar&rsquo;s mission. We are dedicated to the long-term transformation of the lives of the families we work with in Nepal.<br /><br />In 2011, Chase Community Giving recognized us as one of the nation&rsquo;s best local charity organizations.
