Toan Nguyen’s passion is creating entrepreneurial opportunities for people who don’t have access to capital or training so that they can pursue their dreams. Toan was the driving force behind the creation of the Community Investment Collaborative (CIC), a micro-lending institution in Charlottesville that provides business training, loans, and mentoring to minorities and formerly incarcerated individuals. He is also the Co-Founder of C'ville Central and C'ville Coffee.
