<p>I am a Swiss with over 52 years experience in the hotel, restaurant & catering industry. Worked in different countries in Europe, Middle East, South East Asia and Australia.</p> <p>The first time I came to Indonesia was in March 1963 as a young chef in the Hotel Indonesia. I left Indonesia in December 1964 to further my career in other countries.</p> <p>In October 1978 I returned to Indonesia and I have been living here since. Beside my job in the hotel & catering industry I have been engaged in several community support projects through my Rotary Club Jakarta Sentral.</p> <p>Through this work I found many poor and underprivileged people who have been crippled through leprosy, polio or accidents who need support.</p> <p> </p>
