Hello! My name is Shi Chang Dao and I am a 35th generation Shaolin Disciple of Master Shi Guo Song. I currently teach the Shaolin arts for self defence of the body and the mind in the downtown Toronto area where I offer Sitting Meditation, Qi Gong, Kung Fu Martial Arts, and Sanda/Chinese Boxing classes.
