Sandra C. Atkinson is Artistic Director of the newly formed Light Switch Dance Theatre and Co-Artistic Director of the Jazz Is....Dance Project and Artistic Director of the newly formed Light Switch Dance Theatre. She has a B.A. in Dance from University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a M.A. in Dance (Education) from American University. Sandra is currently teaching at Montgomery College in Rockville, MD and American University in Washington, DC.
