For the last 20 years, I've helped kids, teens and families deal with obesity. My focus is on helping kids learn to eat healthy, avoid toxic addictive foods, drinks and ingredients, and lose weight where necessary. By using high-impact short videos with astounding demonstrations, I believe kids will understand what they are putting into their bodies and WANT to make major changes in order to take control of their health for their entire lives.
