My name is Roger Mathey and I've been doing theatre for over three decades. My goal is to create interesting and thought provoking projects that will get people into a theater and see how powerful live performance can be. I have directed over a hundred plays and produced nearly as many in my time. I have done theater around the world including the Middle East and Southeast Asia as well as in places like Hawaii, Denver, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. I won the Best Director award from both the Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle and the LA Weekly Theatre Awards and have had shows critically appraised by the LA Times, Backstage, the LA Weekly, Hollywood Reporter, and more.
