“Success happens on purpose, it’s the result of opportunity discipline and execution”

Growing up in southern California my brother and I had the luxury of playing basketball year around. My Father taught us the fundamentals and a respect for the game at a very young age. He taught us that hard work and discipline would help us win not only in basketball but in life as well. Whenever my brother or I would complain about the hard work in sports, school, or choirs my father would always quote his favorite saying. "Just do it" the famous Nike phrase from the early 90's. The just do it attitude has stuck with me into my adult years and explains my hard work mentality.

I am the son of Brenda Brooks & Rollon Rhoane. I am a brother of Cory Rhoane. I am a loyal friend, a hard worker, and a seeker of knowledge. My background is in Hospitality. I received my education at UNLV in Hospitality management. I have worked at some of the most prestigious Hotel brands in the world whose main focus is on customer service. I know how to connect with people and I am a natural provider of service. Service is the key component to any successful business and that is the foundation of my business philosophy. Service to your community is just as important. I believe that one must give of himself to his community, because it is the community that supports the success of an area.

The Olympus lv incorporates everything that is important to me. To be able to bring the Olympus lv to life would be come true. It will take a lot of help and love to get there. I am confident we will.

Go Olympus Nation!
