I moved to Oakland in 1999, and immediately fell in love with The Town. It has an unbelievable energy and diverse mix of people. While we do have a problem with crime, spying on US citizens is unrelated, and thus I got involved with the Oakland Privacy Working Group. After working in litigation firms in Oakland, I co-founded The NMB Group in the fall of 2013. Our firm helps California medical providers recover disputed insurance money.
