Ryan Bickley

<p><span>Born in Wolverhampton, Ryan has lived in a variety of locations, including Jersey and Vancouver before settling in Staffordshire for secondary school education. After setting up a band in high school, his enthusiasm for music led him to study Music Technology at college, before further study at Leeds Metropolitan University. Although it was initially music that led Ryan to begin studying Music Tech, the variety of disciplines studied has instilled an appreciation and passion for all things audio, from psychoacoustics to interactive audio. Towards the latter stages of his degree, Ryan has developed a focus towards sound for TV and film, taking up various production and post-production sound roles on a variety of collaborative projects with The Northern Film School, from location recording for a rally magazine style programme to Foley and sound design on short drama films &ldquo;The Market&rdquo; and &ldquo;Edge&rdquo;. The variety of roles and projects has enabled Ryan to build a portfolio of experience leading to the pursuit of a career in sound for TV/film upon graduation.</span></p>
