Since graduating college, I've worked in bringing once marginal environmental concepts into the mainstream. As an Americorps volunteer working in urban greening, I pioneered a food business using products grown by youth in urban gardens. As the Associate Director for an environmental non-profit in the energy space, I helped start a program in Demand-Response (peak power management), a marketplace now worth over 1.3 billion dollars.
