Hi. I am Leiah, the independent owner of a new small business, Prim & Pr0per. I attended the Rudy and Kelly a Paul Mitchell partner school in Virginia beach about 7 years ago, after graduating my passion for hair and make up grew tremendously. I wanted to learn everything, to not limit myself from anything in the industry. I started attending any and every educational class out there, from Paul Mitchell, Redken, Aveda, Bumble and Bumble you name it I wanted to be there and learn it.
