Founder of Japanese NPO Animtor Suporters As a student of Masashino Art University, Sugawara starts a film circle. Even after graduation, he supports film school students on how to get jobs in the film industry. After years of activity, many of his mentee makes it into major animation studios but when a talented animator had to leave the industry due to financial situation, he felt the need to support animators even after entering the industry, In 2010, Sugawara starts NPO Animator Supporters.
