Jenny Rocha

Jenny Rocha is a choreographer, costume designer, teaching artist and Director of Rocha Dance Theater and The Painted Ladies. Her repertoire utilizes movement and visual storytelling to address women’s issues and social structures. Her choreography has been presented at many venues including The Philadelphia Museum of Art, Danspace Project, and La MaMa, and has received critical acclaim from The New York Times and The Boston Globe. She currently teaches at the Brooklyn Academy of Music.
