Anne Morse Hambrock founded the Kenosha Festival of Cartooning in 2011 as a one time event and quickly found herself deluged by requests that she do it again. And again. And again. And, you guessed it, again. The festival is entering its fourth year and, thanks to crowd funding, it is still free and open to the public whilst paying the guest artists a fair wage. Anne is also the colorist for the syndicated comic "The Brilliant Mind of Edison Lee" and a professional harpist.
