<p>Co-Artistic Directors Liz Regan and Lisha Brown both attended NYU's program in Educational Theatre. Through their training, they became passionate about creating theatre and became excited a the prospect of puttnig on original work. Both Lisha and Liz have experience in tackling various roles in the theatre, including teaching artistry, directing, producing, sound & lighting design, stage management and acting. In January of 2012 they founded Distilled Theatre as an organization that would provide the opportunity for playwrights and other artists to participate in the collaborative effort of making new theatre. </p>
