Amber is the director of Nature in the City, San Francisco's first organization wholly dedicated to eco-literacy, restoration, and stewardship of local wild places. Amber is also founder, supporter, and manager for projects including: Mission Greenbelt, Art on BART, Angel Island Art & Ecology Festival, Green Hairstreak Corridor, Green Connections Plan, SF Plantfinder Database, Tigers on Market Street, and various exhibitions, art commissions, and pop-up nature parks.
