Shelbe Chang was born in Taipei, Taiwan and came to USA when she was 12. Then, she was raised in Orange County, California. Growing up, Shelbe had a dream to be in the entertainment industry as an actor, director and screen writer. Shelbe is so grateful for the opportunities giving to pursue her dreams. Her goal is to empower transgender voices and raise awareness on transgender lives through acting, dialogue, and photography in both front of the camera and behind the scenes.
