Kat Fitzpatrick, M.F.A., is an author, writing teacher, and outdoor educator. She specializes in reflective essays, short memoir, and humorous fiction. She has been teaching writing and creativity courses since the late 90s. She continues to publish current and retrospective “Stories of Vietnam” on Substack (katfitzpatrick.substack.com), adding layers to her own stories as well as featuring other voices, including those of Vietnam veterans and Vietnam refugees.
