I am an outdoor enthusiast, love to travel, love food, and if I could be a full time philanthropist I would be. One of my favorite books of all time is "Jonathan Livingston Seagull" by Richard Bach.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span>I am a minimalist at heart - I like simplicity.
