As a builder representative in the production home industry for many years, I gained first-hand exposure to the unintended consequences of sprawl development. After 5 years of training industry professionals in sustainable design and development strategies, I collaborated on a pilot program of Project Rising to explore an innovative approach to activating redevelopment projects in Phoenix.
