I'm a science geek and an educator, and it's truly both my personal and professional goal to make adults smarter about science, I've been organizing and hosting science education events for adults (with beer!) in Oregon since 2006, and nearly 300 events later, I'm still going strong. I'm now hosting Science on Tap in both Portland, OR, and Vancouver, WA, and I've started a podcast called "A Scientist Walks Into A Bar" that features recordings of the talks that happen at the live events.
