Miranda Forbes

Miranda has been exploring dance on camera since 2007, after befriending a group of film students whilst studying dance at Ryerson University. She is a multidisciplinary artist driven by the collaborative nature of performing and media arts. In 2013, she was awarded a Canada Council for the Arts travel grant to attend the premiere of her choreographic work Mirrors at the Lokkia Film Festival in Helsinki, Finland. Wall Stare is her directorial debut.
