Hi all! My name is Michelle, I am the Executive Director of Topeka Habitat for Humanity and a member of Topeka's City Council. Today August 17, 2013 my daughters and their best friend told me they had a birthday wish. Thinking it was going to be a new racket for tennis or clothes or hair stuff I was prepared for anything but for what they asked... they want no gifts and want to help the Topeka Rescue Mission because they want to make a "big, big change in the world".
