Struggling independent bookstore owner

I own a small bookstore and I'm passionate about books and reading. I'd love to expand our store, get more readers in our doors, and share my love of my favorite books. Our store currently has room for about 8000 titles, and we have another 8000 in inventory at home (no storage space at the store)! We host a writers' group, and are looking to host a book club, hold writers' workshops, and expand our community presence.
