I've explored Navajo Language education for the past 2 years as both an observer and a creator of language learning materials. I began when I left Stanford University in 2011 to understand more about the common needs of Navajo people anywhere. It wasn't until about a year and a half ago that I created the website NavajoWOTD.com to post Navajo words of the day. From then until now, I've continued to post educational mini-lessons for a growing number of Navajo language learners.
