Life Changing through Dance and Fitness Empowerment
Tina Thompson (Staten Island, New York) began her training at LADAKA Dance Company. She then studied at the Alvin Ailey, Dance Theatre of Harlem and the Martha Graham Schools of Dance as a merit scholarship professional. Tina was the first choreographic award recipient for the Welcome back to Brooklyn festival at 17 years of age. As well as being one of the youngest choreographers to ever receive this award. She is Alumni of the Juilliard School and former National/ World Fitness Competitor.
