<p><span>I am an Organizational Psychologist that has spent the past seven years working with nonprofit organizations in Africa and the United States. Through my Peace Corp service and my work at TechnoServe (as well as other organizations), I has aided and advised with the founding and operation of hundreds of small businesses. I have a growing concern about the availability of funding sources for this type of work, and thus the development of the&nbsp;</span><em>Cause&nbsp;</em><span>model. It is my goal to improve the efficiency in both charitable giving and grassroots development. &nbsp;</span></p>
