Rose Robin

La Paz, Mexico

I was born, 1979, in Britain but I have lived in France for most of my life.
My main occupation as an artist is muralist. The murals you will see in the videos and photos on my artists website roserobinart.com were painted in Central America, the USA and Europe.
I started my None for Profit The Quintessence Project.Org just after I left art school in 2003. I was a little bemused by the institution, and felt galleries and museums were some what of a con. So I decided to do what seemed the most important to me, bring the arts to the people and to places that needed it most.
Although I think of myself as nomadic, I have recently decided to put down my roots for a few years in the beautiful town of La Paz BCS Mexico, and open an art school 'Revolution Arts'. In this art school students learn how to become working artists.
I believe in giving people the right tools to make their dreams and ambitions possible.
The Painting Pirates club happened by accident, but the need for free expression was so apparent to me that I had to do some thing. That some thing grow to be an amazing experience.

To see my artists resume please follow this link:
http://roserobinart.com/cv.html
