I'm a multi-passionate artist, from Trinidad and Tobago, I emigrated to the United States at a young age, and as a result my identity has always been something I've been aware of. As a queer black woman who grew up in a conservative community, art has always been my escape. Dance was my first introduction to art, and yoga further enhanced my connection to my mind, body, and spirit. It's my hope to create a unique technique and reach women who otherwise would not encounter yoga.
