I really love people.

And I can’t seem to get away from being an artist. I’m smitten with motion and color and texture and pattern and
rhythm and… Simply put, I find beauty everywhere, and I especially enjoy finding beauty in unconventional places.

Periodiaclly in my life I’ve tried to lay down my creative habits in lieu of more “responsible†endeavors. Really,
I’ve tried. But it never seems to go very well for me. What happens then is that I find myself accidentally
embracing artistry in another form… I am a dancer, a choreographer, I act, and direct for theatre too. I sing,
paint, write. And I love to create with my hands. Some have asked me if embracing many artistic disciplines
ever leaves me feeling scattered. On the contrary, I feel that each discipline only helps to enhance the others.

I guess this is just who and how I was created to be… I’ve been told we are created in the image of our Creator. I
like this idea, (It just makes sense, then, that every created person is creative.) And I believe that we all are
creative, in some shape, form, or fashion. (Even if you don’t yet know that you are.)
