<p>been a maths teacher most of my life<br /> playing around with self-organising systems in my classes<br /> I was privileged to witness emergent behaviour<br /> students exhibiting behaviour that can not be taught</p> <p>achieving idealistic objectives collectively</p> <p>if kids can do it<br /> so can adults<br /> we just need to unlearn certain things<br /> about how we work<br /> how we think of ourselves<br /> and especially the institutes we invest in</p> <p>we have a tough learning curve ahead<br /> I have been up some of the steepest climbs<br /> it won't be easy<br /> but I think there is a way ahead that results in a favourable outcome<br /> for all of us</p> <p>eco^2</p>
