An NGO that fosters community participation in resource management and sustainable use of ecosystems in Toledo District, Belize

In the heart of the Maya Mountain Marine Corridor in Toledo District, Belize, we work with communities to promote sustainable use and management of the area's rich natural resources. We co-manage three protected areas in partnership with the Government of Belize in order to maintain the incredible diversity of life found in the area. We undertake scientific research and monitoring, environmental education and outreach and community development to bring people and nature together.
