McFloyd Nguyen was born and raised in Saigon, Vietnam and later moved to Orange County, California at the age of 13. He graduated from Dodge College of Film & Media Arts with a BFA in Film Production. Since 2017, he has worked on numerous film projects both in the US and Vietnam as director, writer and editor. His most notable work includes Nostalgia (2021) and Neo's Cleaning Service (2022). These are narrative shorts films that won him a number of awards and recognition internationally.
