I was inspired to be an actress as a young girl watching Katharine Hepburn in 'The Philadelphia Story'. I studied acting in the BFA program at UC Santa Barbara and the MFA program at UC San Diego and now in LA with Nancy Banks. Recently I've appeared as series regular Dr. Hallie Thomas on NBC/s "Chicago Fire" and KJ Jameson on Hulu's first originally scripted series "Battleground". I train in brazilian jiu jitsu at Gracie Barre and hold a second degree blue belt.
