My name is Alex and I own Michelin starred Alchemilla in Nottingham. I love nothing more than being in the kitchen, other than my wife and kids obviously, and me mam. After 5 years here at the restaurant I am ready to do it again. This time in a slightly different capacity. Mollis my second venture is a chance for me to enjoy some of the other loves in my life. Namely, fried chicken, ice cream, cocktails, hip hop and graffiti. what could be better?
