Tara Lohan is a senior editor at AlterNet and heads up the environmental coverage. She has been writing about environmental issues for 15 years and is the editor of two books on the global water crisis, "Water Matters" and "Water Consciousness." Her work has been published by Salon, the Nation, Huffington Post, Yes! Magazine, Guernica, Terrain and other publications. She is a USC Annenberg Health Journalism Fellow. She has her master's from U of Oregon and a bachelor's from Middlebury College.
