Salvation South: a Home for Hope in the American South

In 2013, I founded The Bitter Southerner, a publication aimed at debunking stereotypes of Southerners and our region. I parted ways with the BS in 2020 and now launching Salvation South, a publication that will provide a home for hope in the American South. Salvation South will be a publication for people who believe that our region actually could become the “beloved community” envisioned by the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
