Mesch</p> <p>Artist <del>Director &#8211; Writer</del> Actor</p> <p>The New York City-born artist founded the U.S.A. design house Art Asylum in 1996, fighting for artistic credit in the toy industry where all talent operated in virtual anonymity. Forever changing the system as we know it today, artists across America now receive credit for their work thanks to his tenacity and passion.</p> <p>In 2001 and 2002, Digger was ranked in Cinescape magazine’s “POWER 100” of the most influential personalities in science fiction and entertainment genre alongside the likes of George Lucas, Steven Spielberg, James Cameron and Steven King.</p> <p>After years of working creatively with the likes of Marvel Entertainment, Lucas Film, Warner Brothers, Paramount, Clive Barker, Kevin Eastman, Ozzy Osbourne, Kiss, Rob Zombie and a slew of other world renowned entities, Art Asylum was sold to Diamond Select Toys in 2007.</p> <p>Known for his persona as much as his art, Digger has acted in a host of films including Ultraviolet, The Counting House, The Bodyguard – A New Beginning, The Twins Effect, Largo Winch, Heat Team as well as voice acting for X-men/Dark Tide, Jean Claude Van Damme’s The Eagle Path among other animation and film. <br /> Digger’s subsequent brainchild Dig Deep Entertainment is dedicated to creating works of art in various mediums as well as proprietary entertainment for film and television. The company was formed in Hong Kong under which he has directed various music videos “Lotaluv”, “Blind Generation”, “Dead Air Space” as well as designing limited edition maquettes with Marvel Entertainment.</p> <p>Currently, he’s in post-production with his film “A Little Less Conversation” which he wrote, produced and directed and Digger is now finalising the script which he is co-authoring with Liam Sharp for his directorial debut with “Fistful of Blood” as he continues to break rules, inspire new ideas and fornicate shamelessly with the spirit of the future.</p>
