Through my work as a Patient and Family Advisor at The Beryl Institute, the Inova Schar Cancer Institute, and The Alliance for Proton Therapy Access, I've become so passionate about helping support and create meaningful patient experiences that focus on what matters most to each patient. Before my time in patient experience, I spent my career at Marriott, The Ritz-Carlton, Host Hotels & Resorts and launched my own coaching company. Now I work full time in patient experience and I just love it!
