A storyteller at heart

My name is Jesse Bernstein and I’m the director of the MOFAYA documentary.  After graduating from the Film School at the University of Texas at Austin, I moved to Los Angeles and have worked professionally with the Screen Actors Guild since. I have always been drawn to a compelling story and I am humbled by the opportunity to work from behind the lens on the MOFAYA documentary and give Mermans “Mofaya” Mosengo a platform for the world to hear his voice and learn of his triumphant story.
