I'm a plant-centered chef based in Santa Monica, CA. I offer nourishment for yoga and meditation retreats, parties and other events, in addition to offering private chef services, cooking classes and Ayurvedic nutrition consultations. I'm passionate about bringing mindful approaches into the kitchen to transform cooking from a chore to a joy. When I'm not in the kitchen, I teach yoga and meditation and coach others through major life transitions.
