John Winn

John Winn is an experimental filmmaker and published writer concerned with issues of alienation, labor, and affect in contemporary cinema and media. He is a recent graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a B.A. in International Studies, concentrating in World Cinema. In Fall 2016, John begins study at University of Chicago for an M.A. focusing on Cinema and Media Studies. He has just finished work on 'Cruelty of the Flesh' an online multimedia piece released through The Actual School.
