SHIFT.org is a "startup challenge" for our MFA in Design program at California College of the Arts. Our business is a web-based service that helps the differently-abled find gratifying employment opportunities by focusing on and promoting that person’s skill set and unique perspective. We want to help job seekers network and connect while supporting their personal journey. We want to help them “get outside of the box” by understanding the full range of opportunities available to them.
